I’m a long time player, over 4 years, and spend a lot on this game. When I have issues, even related to purchases Karma, the owning company, takes weeks to even send any type of response. To actually get a real answer takes constant posts through their in-game support. I’ve stoped using their web site to make purchases and now rarely spend. If you are looking for a caring company that addresses game playing issues, purchase problems, and timely accurate feedback- look elsewhere.

I’ve played this game for some time now. In the beginning it was good but lately they have a problem with Ads. The Ads are freezing the game which requires you to re start and it seems that everything you need to do to advance requires some kind of Ad watching.
