Can’t get past the welcome screen it’s like it just freezes.

Stuck at Welcome Screen
The app won’t let me get me past the introduction. There’s a blank screen every time I open the app and it won’t let me press anything else.

Cant log in
Ive been trying to log in but it keeps saying handshake error. I have no problems logging in thru the site but it wont let me on the app.
