It is next to impossible to go from app free to app with out glitches ie: app flashing up and die then stays in app free mode. Even if you complete the treatment. Deleting the app, turning off bluetooth, and phone does no good as soon as you pick up the device it starts in app free mode and will not connect. Because of this I am unable to use the device hands free, use ty e gloves or gua dha device. Will call again tomorrow but it gets old. Thank goodness I kept my zip to use.

My aesthetician can use our appointments for other treatments. However, I'm frustrated that I have to delete and reload the app just to get the app started. A few weeks ago, it rejected my longstanding password and I lost my entire history and points. I don't have time to call customer service every time I want to do a treatment.” I can’t see this persons name or I would credit a name. It’s terribly frustrating because I love Myoliftqt and used it daily. At this point the app won’t load anymore and so I’ve moved on to other skincare appliances. It seems like a consumer has to pay a monthly app fee but I’m afraid to try that because it still might not load.
