App serves its purpose. Can get on see all usage and pay bill. Just wish there was more to it like the Verizon app
For a Kansas company, they are trending with the times and make the steps to become a more user friendly app! Love the new update and the service I get with Nex-Tech Wireless!
A couple of updates that I would like to see: Ability to stay signed in. It is awkward and time consuming to log in every time. Even better would be the ability to log on with fingerprint ID like so many other apps. Would also like to see the app incorporate iOS widgets. Verizon had a great widget which instantly allows user to see data usage for the current period.
