If he can read/write/understand English so well ‘toh kya vo mere ghar tiles lga rha hota’ You asking him to download this app then register then link their bank account too. I really want to appreciate the brain behind this process. Very beautiful design operation so that no one can avail the scheme. Suggestion- before launching any scheme study ground reality first. Dont just imagine things sitting in your cabin and execute it.
