frequently internet connection cannot work. App can’t use for ios. When app open, it only show fill password page. But never requested password for this app. It can’t forward and no button include for this page. No reply. Customer Service is so disappointed.

My connection was out of Oder several time in a month. Whenever it happened, I have tried to contact by any possible means (via web chat/ Facebook messenger/ telephone call). But no response by chat/ messenger and heard ONLY advertisements long time by means of telephone calls. If you get paid, you have to provide better connection and customer service.

Every month I have to face bad internet connection. Even though I phoned to Customer Service, they didn’t take action on the problem immediately. Plus, the customer service is really bad. They didn’t listen my problem and giving me so many excuses. I paid money to get better internet connection not having so many excuses.
