We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the ship. We enjoyed the company of many of the other guests that we became familiar with at meal and on excursions in the many cities and villages we visited in four countries. The lounge was beautiful and comfortable with a fantastic view of the river and surrounding areas. It was perfect for visiting, enjoying entertainment and dancing. The many destinations we visited were complimented by the cooking staff who made an assortment of their ethnic foods. All the meals on the ship were 5 Star. All of the staff were very competent, kind and personable. We enjoyed coming back to our room all cleaned and replenished with everything we needed twice a day. Our Cruise Director Ricardo Rossini was fun and excellent at making sure we received the best experiences our cruise provided. He was involved in the excursions and activities. He was interested in how we enjoyed ourselves in the excursions and activities, and how our experiences might be improved.

Every person in the cruise staff team has been so friendly, professional, and helpful! The food has been great. Simon has been a friendly server with helpful suggestions when we’ve asked about meal choices. The excursion preview talks have been really helpful, (and we love the personal anecdotes !) our guides have been very good, especially our male guide in Strasbourg (who loved sharing with us the fascinating history of Strasbourg and Alsace!). Cheers all around for a wonderful cruise experience so far! Looking forward to the other days as well.

We enjoyed a (14) day river cruise on the Amabella, which was an amazing experience. There is nothing we would change. The ship was nice and clean and the staff were all so accommodating and friendly. They all made us feel so welcome and part of their family. The food was outstanding as well as all of the variety of wines, coffees and teas. The Chef Dinners were especially special and so enjoyable. The bike tours and walking tours were great. We found (14) days to fly by so fast. We highly recommend Amabella Waterways and look forward to our next sailing with you all. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Walter and Sherry Cisewski
