I don’t like the fact that the running total is no longer in each transaction like it was before. It is really so much better when it’s there.
I am at this bank because it bought my old bank. This app is one of the worst I have ever used. For instance: The bank’s security system and protocols are convoluted. You can’t reset your expired password in the app but must log on the website to change it. When your password expires the message simply says the app doesn’t work at this time. You have to know to log on the website and change your password. You have to do some functions on the website because the app doesn’t support them but of course you must use the app to make a deposit. My advice to new customers is to run as far away from this bank as possible - get yourself a good local bank.
Works great for me and when there is a change, a call back for help and always someone knowledgeable and patient to help
