Is this App still in use?
Can’t get the app to work , blank screens on logging in. Poor service part as all the call centre do is refer you to go online

Useless
Very saddening that stoke is still playing catch up with other city’s. This ‘app’ is always freezing and viewing your council tax bill hasn’t been working since last year. Submitting enquires, complaints and comments via the online form is also useless as very rare u would receive a reply. They need to supply a working email contact so that people can have proof that they attempted to contact the council. Contacting via phone is long and at the end if any legal issues arise u Dont have any evidence that you did your part. Fix up council!

Not very good. It’s very basic. Just like stoke on Trent. I was trying to find a calendar for the last day the brown bin is collected but cannot.
