My Package

Iv used this app for over 5 years and this used to be the best tracking app Iv used but after this recent update I’m going to have to look for a new alternative. The app was much better before the change. Now basic features don’t even work and it’s just clunky and hard to navigate and see the info you want. The app also no longer shows estimated delivery dates which was one of the main reason I added packages to this app in the first place. Before the update this app was simple. It wasn’t pretty and fancy but it didn’t need to be. It did it’s job and it did it well. Now it looks pretty but it’s also a total mess. They also added a pay wall for push notifications. You only get 30 a month now unless you pay for the pro version. If the developers are smart and they want to keep their user base large, they will revert back to the original design and make the original features work again. If they want to keep the pay wall for notifications fine. I could care less about that as long as they bring back the original design and original features like delivery date.

This is my first time ever leaving a review for an app and I have been using this app for I believe 8 years now and it was incredible. Easy to use. Functioned well and was a perfect app…..that is until this most recent upgrade. It has completely ruined this app and I am now looking for an alternative. The new interface is clunky, hard to read and to get the info that you want, is slow and ugly and just a completely disgusting and truly horrible to use. I loved this app for all of these years because of its ease of use and simplicity and the fact I could see the dates of every single package all the way back to 2014, since this update. All of that info has been wiped away. There is no point for me to use this app anymore. I highly suggest y’all’s change it back before you lose more users. But aye, doubt you will care.

Very Good Tracking App I’ve been using a few years now but recently comparing with a few other and others (2 or 3) allow sync of tracking numbers across multiple devices automatically which is very very convenient and helpful!!! I can say this app can be 5 stars easily if you allow sync of tracking numbers across multiple devices automatically!!! Please make it happen ASAP!!!
