Ever since they updated this app is not functional the support is useless and offer no help. Fire your IT team they are costing you money. Ever since the app was updated you are unable to make any purchases as its functionality went away. The app does not work as its should.

I recharged my number from my bank account and One sended me a feedback as a response with SMS for the recharge that everything was successful. I open MyOne app to active one of unlimited pre-paid plans. The app show me a response in a form of modal from what I remember that the activation of pre-paid plan was successful, in reality it wasn't. I didnt know at the time and use my phone where all of my credits was spend because of this poorly developed app. A simple app to be build but the company has choosen to create it as a "cross app" with webview all over it with with screens and components that just dont work as thay should and update it when the app is in deployed without keeping in mind and testing how it will affect the users. After it i called the support in phone 5 times and all of them said that thay will resolve the situation in the moment but after the phone closed none of them did anything or called me back to say that thay cant do what thay said. I wrote them to their whatsapp bussiness account that thay provide but I did not get a response to today that it was just a sory and did not do anything to fix the problem. It just an unread message now from a company without support.

In iPhone when you open the app it copies whatever is on clipboard automatically. Unless the developer details a reason for this, it seems phishing.
