I enjoy using the WIC app, however it seems to give issues with my iPhone. My partner is able to pull up our available benefits with his Samsung with no issues, but I have issues sometimes. Please review and fix this!
I went to a few stores that are approved on the list for me to shop at, but none of the approved items would work. I literally scanned each item in the app to make sure they were approved, and when I went to checkout none of it worked. The store kiosk was saying I got items that weren’t approved. So I’m not sure if that’s a store problem or an app problem but it left me feeling embarrassed cause I had to put the food back.
