Great way to report issues. Prompt response on the report being acknowledged. However the problem sometimes doesn’t get fixed. It shouldn’t take months for a street light to be fixed. Multiple lights out on a block can lead to an unsafe feeling at night.
The app has good intentions and would be great if it actually worked properly. I keep getting an error message every time I try to submit. It seems to be due to the location you have to select (which I did select one) but you have to put in an exact address not just the area of the street that the problem is located? I just wanted to report a pothole not a random person’s address! Not worth it.
I gave this app 5 stars simply because it’s great that it was developed and put into use. I haven’t actually used it yet. I love that my city is keeping up with technology.
