I really love the songs I’ve created using Music AI and was excited to move forward with them. The issue with WAV downloads has been resolved, and the team was responsive and helpful once they got back to me. I’m really happy with the songs I created and appreciate the support in getting everything sorted. Great app!

I downloaded **Music AI** after seeing it advertised all over TikTok and Facebook as a fun, easy way to create songs on your phone. What I got was a pop-up riddled, paywall-heavy disappointment that barely lets you *breathe* without demanding a subscription. This is NOT a free experience. If you want to actually *use* any of the features shown in the ads—beats, lyrics, vocals, actual music generation—you have to pay. There is no meaningful trial, no test drive, not even a basic “let me try one song” option. This app is the equivalent of walking into a restaurant because the sign said **“Free Samples,”** only to be handed an **old pretzel bite that the dog already licked and left behind**. Don’t get me wrong—the interface is shiny, and the marketing is slick. But that’s all it is: **marketing**. What you’re really downloading is a locked-down music app that gives you nothing unless you pay up. **How dare you advertise this like a fun, creative tool for casual users when it’s just a trap?** If you’re going to charge for everything, be honest about it. Say so in your ads. Say so in your app description. Don’t promise a buffet and serve a locked vending machine with a broken card reader.

The app is easy to work with, and customer service gets back to you if you have issues with getting credits. However, I had to go directly to my email and message them that way. They aren’t getting your messages if you go through the site. The restore button hasn’t been working so I let them know as well. Hope that helps.
