When you login, balances do not update. If you compare to the old app, balances automatically update and are accurate.

This app has been one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. Despite multiple attempts, I still can’t access my account—and there’s no clear explanation why. On top of that, the app asks for a photo upload, which is concerning given MTN’s recent data breach. I’m not comfortable providing sensitive personal information without transparency on how it’s being stored and protected. Unsure what the goal is, data collection? Or app adoption? Either way, failed at both. I hardly ever leave a review. This is deserved.

Extremely disappointing. The app simply doesn’t work. I can’t access my past invoices, the dashboard layout is confusing, and the roaming feature is completely broken — no countries appear at all. Compared to Vodacom’s app, which is intuitive and fully functional (you can easily buy roaming bundles and manage your account), this is a complete failure. It’s hard to believe this comes from a telecom company in 2025.
