Mow and Trim: Mowing Simulator

Downloaded and played thru to level 30. Very glad I didn’t pay for anything because that’s the max level at this point. There’s locked areas that allegedly become available at level 35, but there’s no way to get there so this game is far from a finished product - more like a beta-release. Graphics are adequate although some details have been missed, like when you have the tracks on your tractor, not all the wheels inside the tracks spin. A LOT of room for improvement! Very frequent forced ads - about every 20-30 seconds, with the ability to skip content, then 2-3 non-skippable full lent length ads per level which are at least 30 seconds each - many are a minute or more by the time you can get back to playing the game after “saying no” at least 3 times. Looking forward to more content, although based on a another review from about a year ago, there haven’t been any new levels deployed since then, so I’m not holding my breath and will delete this game to clean up my phone. May revisit in the future to see if more levels have been added and will update this review accordingly.

Played about 3 levels and really was enjoying myself. Seems silly, just mowing the lawn… but I get too jumpy sometimes and this was perfect. It felt nice on the “accomplishment” front while also helping me to calm down. A great mix most games don’t have, they’re either one of the other. So yeah, at 3 levels I was already infuriated at the frequency of the ads! Happy to see a reasonable 1-time option for forever no ads! - But then it happened… I reached the end of level 30. All along had been excited to see the factory and the farm, etc. on level 35! But no. The whole thing taps out at 30. (Really, the last 10 or so levels before that are junk too. You’ve upgraded so much, that you’re just zooming around… it’s not fun that way. The grass quit increasing in difficulty. So it’s just… yeah… ) Finish building the game, devs?

Always start with the bad the ads. They seem to go off every 30 seconds and even a quick tap out is 15 seconds. You can build your mower up blades, rotation and number of prongs. Then you can update the cart (so you can carry a bigger load) and tires (make them bigger). It then says at level 20 it opens up the Factory and Skins. I am now at level 23 and there is no factory or skins. This is why I believe that this is still in production. it cost 4.99 for no ads which would make the game better but with nothing else to do but mow the same thing over and over (I have a maxed tractor) the money piles up I have over 750k and nothing to use it on and not sure what the gold is for and I have 85. The controls are really nice no glitches but very boring at this time with nothing to do but mow the same thing over and over and over (you get the jist) I will put this game on the back burner at this time to see if it improves. Oh and also there is only 30 levels
