Scam company
App glitched and I reached out to customer service and they just banned me from the app bc they didn’t know how to fix it and so I asked for my money back instead. Nope, they just banned me and took my money and stopped replying to my emails.

Scammers
Ended ride at 39 minutes. They have you fill out random information when the ride has ended, to waste more of your time. They scammed me another 10 minutes. They then ban me after I complained so I lost my remaining balance with no refund. Complete scammers. Don’t trust this company.

No GCash, credit card doesn’t work
The app is buggy and doesn’t support neither form of payment. Tried every possible way us card, ph card - no payments go through. GCash is not supported
