Problems
Month Calendar 2 has potential, but falls short for what IMO are serious bugs. First, tapping the widget should launch the full app. What happens is the app launches then immediately freezes the splash screen. The second issue involves searching for past/future events. The search function itself does work. When you exit the search and return to the month screen one or more calendars will have disappeared. The only way to get them to display once again is to close the app and relaunch it. I did report these matters to the developer. If and when they implement fixes I will change my rating to 5 stars. For now, however, Month Calendar 2 is just not up to the competition. Too bad as I really like the layout.
