MoneyGram Money Transfers

É muito mal este aplicação, é a minha primeira vez a usar este aplicação mas quando eu queria mandar o dinheiro do nada a minha conta foi encerrada. Eu já segui todos procedimentos mas isso aconteceu

I have been a customer of Moneygram since 2022. Today I changed to their new iOS app and tried to send a transfer but it did not go through and then my account was blocked. I contacted the customer service and the response that I got is, it is flagged by our system and can’t be activated anymore which is absolutely pathetic. On top of that, I was advised to use a physical store to transfer the money. Sorry but this really unacceptable and unprofessional from a company that I used a like a lot and also referred to my friends and family.

This app is a complete downgrade from the older version. The previous app was far more practical because it let users save recipients, while this one forces you to enter the same information manually every time, which is frustrating and inefficient. On top of that, the app freezes too often and feels unresponsive, making even simple tasks harder than they should be. It is also difficult to view the full details before confirming, which creates confusion and makes the whole process feel unreliable. Overall, the app appears poorly designed, with very little attention paid to usability, convenience, or basic user experience. Instead of improving the service, this update makes it slower, more annoying, and far less functional than the older version.
