Easy and efficient! Just wish I can use it while I’m out of country to order stuff for the family. But they do a cellphone verification if your password is incorrect, so that won’t work if you’re out of country.

Omg I have been struggling to order things online after I got back to home after international traveling. I currently quarantine without many essential goods such as dish detergent, tissue, etc. I am also being tormented by mosquitoes every night. I don’t have local bank’s credit cards and a lot of local services don’t accept visa. I can’t go out to activate my old local credit card. You get the picture. Having tried to rely on Uber Eats for some essential goods but the app is not designed for this purpose after all. Thank god I found Momo, otherwise I would not be able to even wash my dishes! Highly recommend for people who don’t have local credit/debit card and have limited to zero access to local banks.

My overall experience about this app is really great!! Fast and easy to use. It also has lots of choices that I can save in a list to consider it later. Very convenient cuz it has 2 ways of delivery including sending to the home or a convenience store. The one thing that I was struggling was I ordered three items one time but I got three different parcels in different time which made me feel like it’s not eco friendly. I wish it could have one big package for three items since I wasn’t in a hurry :)
