This app has an annoying tendency to steal your points. If you add a point redemption while selecting items, and then accidentally press the point redemption again at checkout, it will charge you double the points. Another issue is if you redeem points and then the restaurant pauses app orders, it eats your points anyways. I've lost 60 points to these issues so far, and there's no support option in the app to try to get them back. Literal theft.
I can skip the line, earn points and get birthday perks by ordering from their official app. Big money savings compared to ordering from DoorDash or other delivery platforms.
I’ve been using the Molly Tea app and it’s honestly one of the best tea shop apps I’ve tried! The interface is super clean and easy to navigate, it really makes the whole experience smooth and convenient. Highly recommend for Molly Tea fans!
