Moji Bingo Math

Moji Bingo Math is useful if students need practice repeated reasoning for the four main operations. This app is also useful for students to practice independently. However, being that there is no opportunity for students and teachers to see student growth, I find it to be ineffective. This app is not as effective compared to non-technological approaches because traditional bingo allows for students to collaborate and and participate. With this app, I foresee students losing interest very fast. A non-technological approach also gives a teacher to see students’ successes and needs throughout the activity. Fortunately, this application is equitable for students of various cultures as it includes 15 different languages. Overall, this app can be improved by adding an incentive for students to work for, providing explanations to why a solution is correct or incorrect, and including controls or assessments for the teacher to utilize to see student growth.
