This company is horrible. First issue. I have been trying to reactivate a line that they closed for about 2-3 weeks. I have gone to the store multiple times and no one can help me. I have called the company multiple times and this last time they said that the ticket was resolved but guess what… the line is still off. That’s bad enough but the second issue is even worst. I bought the Samsung galaxy z fold 8 ultra. I preordered it last week of June. It said that the estimated time of delivery was today but it never left the order processed queue. So for over a week it was just sitting there. So after my shipment didn’t show up (or even get shipped) I called them to find out what happened. They kept telling me to check the order status online, literally while I’m reading from the order status. The guy on the phone kept repeating that. I just gave up. This has to be one of the worst phone companies period.

The customer service is way Mobily has is no where to be compared with other service providers. Fast, reliable and excellent customer service. That’s way I have no intentions on switching over to another company. Thank you Mobily

Overall this app is easy to use. They could improve the way a person renews prepaid plans. It’s very confusing. If you have time left on the plan but no data, and you have available credit for the cost of the plan, it doesn’t automatically renew until the time runs out. If you try to “renew” the plan, you get a message that you’re already subscribed to the plan. You have to manually “unsubscribe” to the plan and resubscribe. During that time you have no internet access. So you have to borrow someone else’s internet. The debit card payment system is also very inconsistent. Once I tried 6 times to recharge using my debit card. I got a text message from my bank with the pin number ant typed it in and then it just sits there saying “processing payment” and the transaction never goes through. I then bought a load through a bakala and reloaded it that way. The app definitely needs refinement.
