I’ve used this app for years & it’s always great — until today. I needed to access the event search for earlier today & the app crashes when I try to search for it. Plus, the app won’t show me anything from 2020 and doesn’t even offer anything for November. I know for certain it’s not an error in setup because we’ve had this setup for at least 4 years and have always been able to access our event searches and recordings for up to 7 days

I spent thousands of dollars a four home security cameras at my home with Hawkeye Security in Jeffersonville IN. This is absolutely horrible and a joke. Always, always times out and I can’t view any of my cameras. People are spending $30 per camera and getting much better results. Boy was I stupid for buying Into their system. I thought after spending this kind of money and having a hard wired system that it would be superior. Wrong. Don’t make the same mistake.

This app doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried to use it for multiple properties, each with a different EF system. 0% success rate. I’ve also tried different devices/networks/etc. Do you really want your security to be in the hands of a company that isn’t tech savvy enough to handle a simple app? Security isn’t a joke. This app is. If something goes down and you’re using Everfocus, you’re up a certain creek. It’s irresponsible in the extreme that they sell this as a working product.
