MK Eats

This review should be about the app, which works, but a bigger problem is the company. They provide 0 customer support when things go wrong with orders. Stick to apps like just eat where you can get refunds easily and quickly. I followed their outlined process when a restaurant didn’t deliver my food, which was to email MK Eats with order ID and information. They have not responded. So the restaurant got away with my money and I received nothing. Amazing. I’m not using this app again.

I am yet to use this app to order take out but I am so glad I found your competition on Facebook which interested me into downloading the app. I am happily surprised that you deliver to my area. Since moving to Hanslope Mk19 , just on the outskirts from Wolverton we have always found it extremely difficult to order take out if we ever fancy a cheat day! The only luck we have is a Chinese in the village and a chip van that comes Wednesday and Fridays. I’m excited to finally use this app!

This is a really good idea and great for local independents. A few glitches on the app which need to be sorted. I have let the owners know so hopefully will get fixed soon. Haven’t managed to order through it yet but hoping to this weekend.
