I had high expectations for an app from such a large and well-known company, but unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The app has several serious bugs that affect its basic functionality: • The Mastercard option doesn’t work properly – it’s not possible to create a virtual card at all, which defeats the whole purpose. • There are frequent error messages without explanation, making it hard to trust or use the service. • The Nivushe loan feature is broken – the button required to apply simply doesn’t respond, which is a clear technical issue. •Sometimes, the app closes for no reason, even when you’re in the middle of a task. Honestly, this level of performance is unacceptable for a company with such significant resources. It feels like instead of investing in their technology and user experience, they’re only focused on profits. A financial app should be secure, reliable, and efficient, right now, Mixx by Yas is none of that. Please fix your app and prioritize your users!

I bought phone from one of Yas Shop Dar es salaam- near to city centre, that was earlier January 2025 That phone was not working properly, because of speaker problem, I returned it for a check up+ service twice but nothing works. Last week I returned it back and advised them to give me the new one but they refused and said that they will call a supplier first and will update me, it was thursday 20th February, no one called me till this time, Is that fair? This is very bad.
