Mining Empire: Get Idle Gold

I purchased the “no ads” offer for $9.99, and all situations in the game that required an ad to be watched, still require to watch the ad. Not a single ad was removed, from anywhere in the game. They still haven’t replied to me about the failed offer, so I’ve had to report the fraud to my credit card company, as well as the App Store, to see if something will be done about this. I’m very upset about this, as I enjoy the game. I have finally received a response from the developers. Their “no ads” option ONLY apply to pop-up ads and banner ads. So, all reward ads are still required to be watched. Now these ads have shown to repeat 3 or 4 times before your option to finally exit and return to the game is available. The game is full of glitches, requiring you to restart the game, especially after leaving these ads. (The main reason I purchased the “no ads” $9.99 purchase.). As almost every part of the game required these rewards, and watching ads, you’ll spend 28 minutes out of ever 30 minutes of gameplay watching ads. The game is a complete ripoff of Konami games Idle Miner Tycoon. All mine shafts are upgradable to level 800, all mines top out at level 2400, their world map offers different mines and different worlds, exactly like Idle Miner Tycoon. So if you like watching glitched ads, restarting your game over and over, long customer support, and extremely deceptive in-app purchases, this is the perfect game, and perfect company for you to play games from. If you don’t want these things, every game they offer are 100% identical ripoffs of other games, except you’ll spend your entire time watching ads, and losing rewards you spent 2 minutes watching an ad for, because it glitched on you. Customer service/tech support offers no resolution to issues like mine.

In a previous review I complained about the load speed and that seems to have been fixed so thank you. But now a new problem has cropped up. I have level thirty on every mine except one which is in the middle of a prestige upgrade but when I logged in earlier all of mines were blocked at level one. I don’t want to delete and lose all my progress but if this is not fixed soon since this is the second time I’m just going to delete this game and move on.

Several of my mines seem to have a glitch where every new mine shaft unlocked says it’s mine shaft 1. So I’ve got 10+ mine shaft 1s in some of my mines which seems odd. But otherwise the game has been engaging, so I do still like it despite that. Update: my game kept crashing before it even loaded. I had to delete the game and redownload it and when I did that, all my purchases and progress were gone. The restore purchases option didn’t work. There was never an option for me to connect my account to anything. I’ve emailed the developers 3 times now with no response. It’s been almost a month since the first email. I don’t even want the game back at this point, I’d just like my money that I lost back because I definitely will not be supporting someone who ignores their users support tickets.
