MinHub Youth

I’ve been using Youth MinHub for several years. My students love to check in each week! It really helps our Student Ministry Staff stay on top of who is there and isn’t, keep up to date contact info, and recognize new faces. Thankful for the help that is Youth MinHub!

I have been using this app for over a decade, maybe two, at several churches with several groups. It is hands down the best tool I have found to track student activity. Now I can track finances of students as well which really helps with trips and activities. When I reach out for help I can talk (message) directly to the developer with questions and ideas for new features. I recommend this app for every ministry, whether just starting out or or you have been up and running for years.

I like minhub. I have been using minhub youth for years. I have had some struggles with support over the years, however context is important. This app is run as a side gig by one man. Yes, I waited a while and had to try a couple of different avenues to finally get help. But the app developer himself reached out and personally helped with my problem through a zoom call and multiple emails and different layers of a problem. To me, its worth sticking it out because I have found no other app that does what this one does.
