I feel like any more there are a million self help and self care apps and all of them are pretty similar. That being said it’s not this one. I love that you have the opportunity to see your favorite artists in a way that show you they’re human, that you’re not alone, and that there’s a light at the end of this tunnel, and another one might (and will) come along but that there will be a light there too. Not only that, but it gives you access to a community of people in the same headspace. Going through a hard time can be isolating, as can life in general, here you have a place to connect to other people, who are in similar mindsets. You’re also able to note how you’re feeling, which connects you to an AI chat that gives insight to a degree, validates where you’re at and gives ideas/reminders and encouragement. It also saves your entries and you have the opportunity to answer a question that can be (or not if you don’t want to) posted to the community and again brings a lot of people who have been there to you. I originally joined to listen to a headspace from one of my favorite artists, I’ve stayed because it’s so much more than that. Give it a try, test it out, if you’re looking for something that isn’t caching out on your well-being and feels genuinely invested in not only yours but your artists as well, this very well may be what you’re looking for and with a premium subscription less than $20 a year it’s definitely worth the chance.
I highly recommend this app to anyone that is debating on or is looking for something to help them through the difficult times. I will never be able to express how thankful and appreciative I am to the Mindset team and the Nam brothers for working on and creating this app. When I first heard of the app, I thought it was going to be another scam app. You know, the one where you subscribe for a lot of money and hardly get anything out of it. However, this was the total opposite of what I thought it was going to be. Hearing the different artist on this app truly brought comfort to me. The artists on this app come from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and life situations. However, the one true similarity that they have is battling such strong emotions and feelings that are often looked down upon in society when talked about. I believe all the artists on this app can relate to someone in one way or another. Of course, there is one artist that you may truly resonate with and look up to. However, all the artist on this app have some thing to offer, they all have a lesson that you can learn from them, or they simply are there for you to listen to and let you know that it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling. Over the last year, seeing the way mindset has grown not only in production, artist, and pricing has truly been a pleasure and an honor. There is someone for everyone on this app. All of these artist are so brave for sharing their story. If you are looking at this app and are debating on whether it’s worth it, it is. This app has not only helped me… but also saved me.
I love this app because it makes me feel like not only us “regular” people but also public figures and celebrities have many hardships in their lives. This app is so calm and relaxing because even though it is talking about his hardships things that have hurt him, it is motivational to see life and perceive life with another perspective, I sincerely want to thank Eric for sharing the things that might have been hard to share, embarrassing, hurtful, and/or just sharing different feelings and perspectives of others surrounding you sometimes that we don’t see or fail to understand now/failed to understand at one point. This app also allows others to see public figures as human and hopefully treat them more humanly rather than always constantly criticizing people for anything, but sometimes it’s inevitable but sometimes people get out of line. These things can hurt more when you’re healing/hurting and when no one knows what that person is going through or feeling. I really love this app as well because I’ve been looking for an app like this all my life because it is like getting closer to Eric, like it had said previously it has motivated me to see and feel life differently, as who I am and want to be rather than who I am to everyone else which that have only seen the side of me trying to fit in. I’m really looking forward with what’s to come from this app. I definitely do recommend this app for anyone who just wants to know more of Eric as a person, motivation for life, etc.
