app has everything you dont need, but what you really need doesnt work

The main problem for foreigners and temporary Chile visitors is access account without RUT. It’s really confusing and complicated. I don’t know how but I get access to Movistar account without RUT. After that everything is easy. You can recharge balance in couple clicks. Change your settings and mobile plans. I’ve visited Argentina for 3 weeks and used my Movistar there with no extra payments or roaming fees. Easy. Thank you.

I am temporarily in Chile and have Movistar prepaid. I do not have a RUT#. The previous version allowed me to log into the app with my cell number. The new update does not allow this. So I can no longer see my usage.
