Mi Liberty

The app failed in middle of transaction and took money from my bank and did not credit my account.. I was stupid tried 2 more times. It took my money 3 times did not credit my account. Trying get my money back. Will pay using other more direct means in the future.

I have had to uninstall and install again the app multiple times so it will refresh and show me the correct info about my data. The login doesn’t work properly - I enter my phone number, click next and nothing happens. The data doesn’t refresh automatically when the app opens as expected, I have to click on the refresh button. I wouldn’t even try to pay my invoices through this app because I’m afraid it will take my money and not pay the invoice. This app really needs lots of improvement.

I bought a chip for about a dollar. I then had to charge C2,000 which was supposed to last a few days. I downloaded de app to monitor and recharge (as I did with other companies around the world). I ran out of credit while the app stated that I still had credit. I wanted to recharge and i wasn't able to do it via app, I had to buy a card. I tried the support team and totally useless. Do not use Movistar at all, is a rip-off.
