Password
使用忘記密碼，重訂10個字密碼，根據紅字提示重訂並重復输入一次，但不能成功確認完成，但系統又不反饋原因，無所適從；另外，要求10字元密碼，與其他app的8個字相比，太長了，可以說為了保安，適當即可。 什麼是適當？ 點解不是8個字元或12個字元？ 仲有，輸入第1個字電話號碼，就顯示無效的提醒，梗系無效我都知，先入得1個字，可否等按確認不行時才顯示。這種技術設置真的不懂什麼是「適當」客服manner。
