👍🏻
The app is easy to use to use and submitting a service request was quick and simple. Excellent response time from the team over at MEW. I got a phone call response to assess the issue and the technicians arrived within 18 minutes of that call. Very impressed! The team was able to solve our electrical issues within 10 minutes, stayed for a bit to see if the problem was truly resolved, and called me back after leaving to check again and see if everything is running smoothly. Thank you to the entire MEW team! However, I would suggest adding an English menu/application page in order to be able to reach and serve the vast majority of the population. Due to this fact, one star was removed.
