This needs to be fixed asap because i keep getting stuck at the places im getting dropped off at. Im able to get picked up and dropped off at my destination fine but when im done and need to leave there is never a ride available and im stuck for hours after thinking I could rely on this service

When it began, I lived Mets micro. For the first time since my wheelchair van‘s lift broke down, I was able to take my granddaughter who lives with me, to the mall, out to eat, etc. It also enabled me to spend time with family, allowing me to go to my daughter’s home. The problem came in when the service is busy with ambulatory riders. When I try repeatedly, for hours and cannot arrange a ride because they are so busy taking those who are ambulatory in the wheelchair vans. More people in wheelchairs would use them if they could be depended upon. Unfortunately, I’ve had issues where I’ve been left at a location and could not get home. I’ve had the same issue with the city bus, also. Recently, I was able to use the city bus to get to the zoo and be with my family. I made sure to meet the bus for return, but he had two other wheelchairs on board, so waited another hour but that meant that it was last bus route and left me stranded at bus station downtown, with my granddaughter and had to walk home from downtown. My oxygen ran out about 8 blocks from home, and my wheelchair battery died when entered my sidewalk to my door. There shortly be some answer when this happens besides, sorry, we can’t help you.
