Itโ€™s actually good!

The app is actually is good, I know there would be some negative comments but we gotta understand they recently made the app. They experimenting the app if it goes but I know further time the app would be add to the Apple wallet ๐Ÿ˜.

Good, but could use some improvements!

The app for metroโ€™s fast fares is decent, but it could use a couple of improvements! Hereโ€™s a couple in case anyone affiliated with metro reads this review: 1. Add Apple wallet support 2. Add support for commute cards from your organization 3. Add NFC tap functionality for the virtual card!

Doesnโ€™t use express mode from wallet

The app is not integrated with Appleโ€™s transit fare card express pass service, meaning that using the app is just as clumsy as fumbling around with a wallet and paper cards and bills. Madison Metro just HAD to outsource to Masabi to produce this junk app, when the solution of adding this card to Apple Wallet was literally right in front of them.
