Merge Elves : Merge 3 Puzzle

I’ve been playing this game for over a year, and I’ve run into way too many problems. In the egg tree, I lost 6 slots that I already paid for, and they never refunded my diamonds. The game has also deleted stars on its own from worlds I already finished, and I still didn't get the rewards. To top it off, for almost two weeks now, I haven't been able to get the free gifts because it says there’s 'no internet.' I’ve already written for help, but they are nowhere to be found. Overall, it’s a good distraction, but there are so many things they could improve—starting with customer service. There’s no way to talk to anyone; you just send an email and pray they read it and someone actually replies

I have been playing for about a year, and suddenly whenever I try to open the app, after it fully loads and it is about to bring you to your garden, it sends me to my Home Screen. I have tried various different methods to fix it, but I don’t want to refresh in case it deletes my progress. I love the game and am really missing my little elves buddies. Please help me by giving me advice, or if it’s a common bug, please fix it! 🙏🙏

The game is stuck at the beginning. It is not allowing me to put the coins into the coin-bank in order to buy eggs, houses, and storages. It worked before, now for some reason it is not letting me. I also am having trouble contacting the game support.
