I am so sorry that this app is taking up memory on my phone. It’s quite possibly the worst idea for a tech company. It tries to regulate the Driver without ANY accounting for the 1,000’s of Drivers you encounter on the road. I used it once. I got scored down for Hard Braking twice. I thought I was out there trying to prevent accidents, I guess the app wants you to plow through other Drivers on the road. One event, according to their records, was well off the road so I’m assuming they said I was locking up in someone’s driveway. The other event was at a 4-way intersection. But my way is 45-degrees to my right and 135-degrees to my left. All 4 roads are ultra-narrow, and lined heavily with vegetation and hills. I stopped for 4-5 seconds and looked before entering the intersection. As I do, a vehicle comes over the hill from the 135-degree angled road so I stopped immediately. The other vehicle stopped as well even though he was probably speeding on the 25 mph road coming downhill. It was not a “near accident” as I hadn’t quite entered intersection. I was probably doing 5mph. But even hard braking at low speeds counts against you. That means that for example, blind driveways count against you as well. It is as if the app tries to find anything, no matter how minor, to score you down. It doesn’t reward you for what you do right. Like on this day, I averaged 5mph BELOW the speed limit. All day. And as a reference, I am mid-60’s age and I drive 40k miles per year, and I’ve never had an accident. I have also done 6,000+ rides with Uber and Lyft. Zero accidents. This company needs to ask me how to drive.

It’s absolutely terrible that this company doesn’t even try to figure out what’s going on, they just respond to feedback with scripted responses. The worst part is that some DSP’s like mine take this stuff seriously and it affects my rating and scheduling as well as bonuses. At first I was driving myself crazy trying to figure out what it was that I was doing wrong. When they respond, they act as if their program is flawless and incapable of making mistakes and instead say that it’s something to do with the telematics device in the van which is the DSP’s problem not theirs. I recommend that you install a camera with a time stamp facing the phone so that there is proof that what they say is happening isn’t happening. It wasn’t until I did this that I was finally able to verify that a lot of these hits aren’t real. They need to start taking responsibility for glitches in their software because people are having to pay for it. Some of us loose out on opportunity to make more money because of this. If there is a law suit I’m all in! It’s not fair to be punished for something that isn’t happening. I’m only referring to those instances where the hits aren’t legitimate. If the phone is being touched or driving is actually erratic then by all means yes! But if it’s not... then it’s not right.

How can you base a score off of someone’s driving when I drive one van ( the same van for a few days) and my score is good those few days. I hop into a totally different van and I drive my route for the day and next morning my score drops completely hard, saying that I was speeding or hard acceleration really? I do the same speed limit in every van everyday and get a good score but noticed in some vans it’s dropping my score. Then I noticed it keeps saying phone manipulation what in the world I don’t touch my phone at all period my phone will turn on automatically just by me turning my head in a direction and if it is facing me it turns on it’s face recognition so it picks my face up and turns on cause I know I don’t touch my phone at all when driving so that shouldn’t be knocking points down it’s an iPhone are you kidding me if it’s sitting in the phone holder and it picks up my face it turns on I don’t get that I wasn’t texting or calling someone or picking up a call. This app is for the birds, shouldn’t base an app off of someone who words hard and is motivated to work and I have kids so I need my job this shouldn’t determine if I have a job at the end of the day they should base off of performance and accuracy of delivering packages speed and time, professionalism and manners to all customers. This app makes me so mad everyday cause when you think your doing your best at all times your really not because of glitches in this app like I was told some vans pick up somethings and others don’t what in the world it should be the same to all vans love my job hate this app
