Went through questionnaire (twice, after deleting and using a different login). Wanted to try AI feature before paying. Glad I did. I uploaded a photo and got an error (‘undefined’ is not an object). Tried to upload again and it tries to get me to pay because I’m out of my 1 free AI usage, which didn’t work. Update after response below: I’m on the latest version. I can’t try it again because my one free trial of the AI feature failed and shows as used in your app. I’m certainly not going to pay to try when the one trial I got failed due to an error on your end. If you want to reset my account, I’ll give it another try. But I tried emailing you via the email you give on Apple’s contact the developer page and it bounced. Not a good look. Not reassuring that a subscription would be well supported.

This ap claims to be free but after wasting a bunch of your time answering questions it won’t show you anything without paying to actually see any hairstyles at all. It’s not even one where you get a few free and pay for extra, you can’t see any without paying. It’s also very expensive for what it is. Don’t bother!
