I had a problem and inquired about it, as I use this to send morning funnies and uplifting words to some elderly friends, and I couldn’t find my normal template I use. Well, the next thing I know, Mr. Crisco, who owns the program messaged me and told me that he would take care of the problem. Next thing I know I’m being emailed by tech-support. I explained what the problem was and they set to work trying to figure out what the problem was. They were so extremely professional and nice. I was sad when I was a little curse. At first you can’t understand the words of encouragement and patience that they had. They understood my Frustration. Long story short I am back up and running in less than 24 hours. with the nicest, most helpful tech-support I have ever encountered in my life. I didn’t tell them I used to be in tech-support myself back in the day. In fact, I was a supervisor of tech-support. and I know what it’s like to deal with customers calling in having problems wanting their programs fixed right away. I am humbled at the way they handled everything. and I’m very grateful.
