Amazing app
Very good application for all ages and a furnished catalog of useful exercises. Customizable application with exercise duration, languages, reminders, etc. Really easy to use in all circumstances with precise informations and guidance or not...relaxed and energized after each session. Thanks for this app, it helped me a lot and taught me exercises that I can do even without the app !

Beautifully Crafted Meditation App
Love it! The instruction is precise without being distracting, the focus on specific body parts is beyond helpful for those who struggle to quiet their mind, and there are sessions as short as 3 minutes (great if you have a busy schedule). Also, the variety of sessions to choose from is fantastic. I would highly recommend this app!

The BEST mindfulness App !
Médit ’ solutions provides a great application for all the family as there’s a section for the little ones. The app is complete with different topics like silent meditation, sounds, emotions, visualisation, and a lot of more... For busy people there’s even a reminder that you can customize. Different voices (woman or man) and languages are available (English, French). And the BEST is a very useful section dedicated to emergencies situations. For sure a MUST HAVE application.
