Regardless of the bad reviews this is always the app I end up sticking to, you DO win on this app you just have to consistantly play and regardless of a win or not it’s a fun app to play on, lots of games to play, easy to navigate - I absolutely love Mecca. The only downside is on the bingo games you can see a reacquiring pattern of the same winners, I’ve been a regular player on this app for 10+ years and there 100% is a same winner pattern, none the less you will eventually get a win, just make sure you’re setting your restrictions and not over spending - as it is addictive. But again - out of all the bingo/slot apps I’ve tried I always stick to this one!

Firstly it stated I would get bonus funds when I first joined which I didn’t received. I tried speaking to a CH (employee in the room I was in) it took them ages to even reply to me and when they did they just told me to speak to customer service. I went to do that and couldn’t find the live chat option even though the CH stated they had one. Under the help tab it’s only states you can email which takes up to 72 hours for them to reply or give them a call which i didn’t really want to do. I then just withdrew my funds as I couldn’t be bothered with all the messing about and found out it takes 3 days to get the funds you have withdrawn which is ridiculous. Who wants to wait 3 days for money they have won? I won’t be bothering again. Just glad I didn’t actually lose and money and I ended up being £5 up from the £10 I put in even though now I have to wait 3 days to even get it 🙄 just a lot of time wasting for not a lot.

I love going to Mecca with my nana although we do not win a lot we enjoy getting out and having a lovely evening with everyone involved. We are trying to get some pennies for my wedding and I have introduced her to the online games which she loves and finds easy to use and what ever we win if any we put into my wedding fund! We enjoy chatting online whilst playing since we can't get to a local hall very easily anymore since hers shut down but she has since become a serial online chatter box!! Our favourite game is deal or no deal because it was my grandas favourite tv show before he passed so she believes he will give her some good luck and I agree.
