This app is garbage. I’m so frustrated I ordered this preinstalled on a new Pathfinder. I’m a software engineer and have spent hours trying to get it configured and signed up for the cloud service and still can’t get it to accept registration. If you’re reading this review then it is probably already too late for you and you have purchased this and are suffering with it. If you are the app developer then you need to make the setup process MUCH easier and provide some support and documentation somewhere! Also, eff you for intermixing 0 and O in the middle of the serial number. I can tell the difference but most people probably can’t and is proof how clueless you are.

Installed it on my 2023 Infiniti QX60. It worked well for the first week and all of a sudden the parking mode stopped working! I cant rely on this dashcam! This Software is glitchy, the camera ofter reset the settings, connecting to cloud is not easy at all. I could live with it if it was working properly, not sure if my Camera is defective, or its the software. Park mode works sometimes, like 1 in 10 times. I reset the camera to factory settings and its still not working, only when the car is on it works! There is no support link or phone to call?! Most dealera dont know how to operate it. Not sure where to go? Best thing to return it!

I bought dual camera as an accessory from Nissan dealership with the purchase of a CB new car. This Dash cam is very pricey for what you get. There are better options for same price range. First problem was actually trying to configure the dash cam with the in car Wi-Fi, the Nissan dealership did great job with installing dash in the vehicle but that’s where there expertise ENDS even though the sell the product NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING about configuration to the car-play in car Wi-Fi hotspot . There is no customer support number to call , that can actually walk you through connecting to the cars Wi-Fi. It absolutely took me months of playing around with the app and finally got connected and was able to access the Cloud feature . Horrible NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO CALL. and SHAME IN NISSAN FOR SELLING A PRODUCT THAT THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT EXCEPT INSTALLATION.
