The app is sloooóooow! Moreover, it's cumbersome to place an order. The worst is that there is no support when an order isn't filled. My recent order was stuck in "preparing order" for over 40 mins. Called CS but no help! I had to go to the restaurant to pick my order up. Terrible!! A full refund should have been given! Whoever reads this, don't tell me to contact CS!! They were useless!!

The app has suddenly decided that the closest location will no longer be the location of my order. Despite me standing in front or inside my preferred location, my order was still sent to a location the app marked as 1km away. The app also does not allow any refunds or cancellations of orders. 3 times I've had to walk 1km to the wrong location, and I end up complaining everything is cold, so they have to remake it. I suggest McDonald's reviews if no cancellations is still the best option.

Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.

It has come to my attention that almost once out of every two times that I visit the McDonald’s when the accounts barcode is scanned the points from the purchase never go to the account. It’s a bug that the application has. Doing one of my most recent visits, the attendant had to scan my application three times within the span of 30 minutes until it finally worked.

What did you mean by « remember me » when logging in to place an order ? Because i have to login not only every time i open the app but if if i navigate away from the delivery tab and come back i have to enter my credentials again, what will happen if i uncheck « remember me » when i enter my credentials ? I am afraid to try it. Also the way offers are redeemed is extremely unclear and annoying, don’t know if that’s on purpose or unintended. Addition ————- Now I don’t have to login each time to make an order, but whenever I try to use an offer on the app, I have to re-login, if the target is to render the offers inconvenient to use, then well played, if there is some reason (which is uniquely present in this app among hundreds others) will be grateful to know it, although nobody cared to answer my last question which was ages ago, but I thought it would never hurt to ask maybe someone started paying attention to customers’ reviews, appreciate it.

The app is amazing but needs a lot of bug fixes, developments and more features. Such as the pickup or delivery, search options, the ability to track my order and push notifications to update me about my order. Also, there’s a problem on the McDelivery page. It has a “remember me” option but it doesn’t do that, I have to sign in every time to order. Please do consider my suggestions. Thank you McDonald’s.
