Mazi TMT

This app should be removed from the iOS App Store immediately. I had a valid ticket booked and verified through the Mazi TMT app, but when the TC came to check, the app showed a completely blank screen—no ticket, no options, nothing. Because of this failure, I was unfairly fined. The TC did not accept that the app was not working, and I had to suffer the consequences of a faulty system. This is unacceptable for an official ticketing app. It is unreliable, poorly built, and causes real harm to users. Until these serious issues are fixed, this app has no place on the App Store. Do not use it.

I find it useless as this does make travelling paperless but the passenger has to verify even after paying for the ticket how inefficient is that . I think it can be allot more seamless if such barriers are removed to make it convenient for passengers the should try shifting to placing qr codes in bus to get ticket verified. Payment interface can become better as well .

Currently, the app provides very basic feature to book ticket by making payment through UPI. It works absolutely fine. There is scope to add more useful features like live tracking of bus, season ticket/pass, in-app wallet etc. However,I believe that those features will come up later. Don’t get doubtful by negative reviews asking for new features. An app development generally has a roadmap to add features step by step. As a MVP, this app works really good.
