The menu slides back and forth even though I touched the menu icon at the upper left once. I have to try multiple times before it stays open. On a side note, I was able to sign in with my existing account with no issues. There is no option to show or edit personal information such as home address, phone number, etc.

I was supposed to transfer my money to my other bank account, but every time I press the “Transfer to Other Accounts”, it shows “Manage Favorite Transfer”. I tried uninstalling and installing it. Took me plenty times to successfully transfer my funds. please make some solutions for this problem. thanks!

Needs a new look. This interface looks old and almost everything looks the same since the launch of this app. Some features dont work, transferring from my maybank checking acct to my maybank savings or isave acct doesnt work. Asks for password for other transactions but doesnt show password bar and dots to show youre typing so i have to guess and make sure im typing the right password. Updating of mobile number should be allowed online and not in branch anymore. Its too hassle to go to branch everytime esp during this pandemic. Gcash and BPI gives people the option to change their mobile number on the app. Please improve app. A lot of people will be using online banking services now more than ever and we need reliable and new features or updates to make our banking easier. And to stop more and more people from needing to go to the branch. If we can do almost anything online, in your official app, we would definitely just stay home.
