Max & Erma's

Called in an order. I was ordering from Max and Erma’s for the Reuben but they were out. Ordered burger and Phillie Steak. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and Hostess said she would check on my order when I checked in. After 5 minutes I had to ask the hostess if she checked on my order. Her response was- oh no I will do that. After another five minutes my order finally came out. There is a reason people call in orders as they are not comfortable being in a restaurant during the pandemic.

We have been regulars here for years (Max & Erma’s Metro Place—Dublin, OH location). Whether take out or table service, the staff always provide friendly customer service, properly cooked to order food in a pleasant setting. If you live in the area or in town for a visit, make it a point to drop in and give this establishment a try. And you won’t break your budget, as well.

Called and ordered carry out. Phone was answered within 3 rings. Young lady was very friendly and took my order and said it would be ready with Mike at the bar in 15 minutes. Mike had the order ready to go, used my Good Neighbor reward for two free cookies. Mike took care of having everything ready. Salads were very good and everything was as ordered. Look forward to my next dine in experience here. Ed
