App has potential, but needs lots of work. For instance, I ordered room service, was given a 45 minute window. After 90 minutes and several attempts to reach someone, I was told my order wasn’t processed. The app is the only way to order. Completely wasted my time. Also, the app can be slow to load and respond. The menu needs improvement. It would’ve been amazing 15 years ago. The development team needs to embrace the latest practices in app development.
Expected a much more user friendly app in a world where technology is accessible (and expected!) with a brand like this. Disappointing!
This app is TERRIBLE. It’s not functional, but you have to download it for the restaurant menus. The food was good. Restaurants were never so full we had to wait. The beach was concrete, confusingly. Although you can walk a little bit to get to sandier shores. There’s a point system for the mini bar (there’s a little shop for soda and beer) which is also confusing. You really don’t have enough points to really buy anything good.
