So bad most of uses this app crash dont accept payment and many bugs and people dont know how to make this app works well at 2025 feelsbadmen

This app is absolutely terrible, I am being logged out every single time, the login requires you to enter either an email or a phone number showing a misleading example format in brackets. Every month I get very frustrated about logging in to pay my monthly bill. I’ve tried numerous times providing the feedback in the app as it always asks me if I like it. I always write the feedback but guess what? It’s always loading for eternity and shows error so all my feedback actually never reached anyone. Terrible, terrible app

Terrible app, face recognition works whenever it wants. Splitting 2 payments for different numbers is high tech for this company. Also it’s loading up like it’s 90s again. Can’t wait for my contract to be over with this stone age operator
