For the past month, without fail the app crashes or fails to update. This happens at least 3x a week. It’s frustrating because when I get paid it doesn’t reflect in my account online or on the app so it makes paying bills very difficult. It’s frustrating and using this as a main source for bill payment causes significantly delays that sometimes lead me to want to change banks. If it doesn’t get resolved soon, I may have to leave a great credit union that has a terrible online management system.

As a college student who is slowly getting on my feet, this app is helpful, and makes it easy for you to do everything in one place. The staff at the credit union itself were also very helpful and supportive, so I’d recommend to anyone in Kansas City area.

When I moved from Kansas to Iowa, I decided to keep my Mainstreet CU accounts open because I have so many automatic payments set up on my Mastercard debit. I worried, however, that I may have difficulty banking from another state, when I couldn’t just drop by the service counter for help. This app makes it possible. I can transfer between savings and checking, make deposits using just my phone camera and checks, and quickly see what my balance and latest transactions are.
