This app does one thing extremely well. It helps me prevent injury when running. The setup process is a bit arduous when you’re building your own intervals but once it’s set up just hit start and go. No worries about it failing. Only gripe is it is a bit complicated to set up.
This app is perfect for cadence running. I just set my preferred cadence, drop it in my pocket and go. Simple. The tone is not annoying and it is loud enough to be heard through the pocket without headphones, if you don’t want to use them. Get it!
